Sharon, the Director of Yoga & Wellness, has been dedicated to the practice and teaching of yoga since 2012, traveling the world to study various disciplines, including Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Katonah Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Pre/Postnatal Yoga. She creates a safe and supportive space for students to explore all aspects of yoga—beyond just the physical practice—helping them cultivate awareness, longevity, and self-discovery. Through her empowering, inclusive, and fluid teaching style, Sharon leads global retreats and guides students toward a deeper connection with themselves.

Apusha's yoga journey began in 2013, transforming her physical and mental well-being and igniting a passion to share its benefits with others. Maggie's yoga journey began in the Catskills, where she sought balance and ankle strength to manage vertigo, and found so much more in her first Hot 26 class in 2020. She began teaching soon after discovering the transformative power of yoga and continues to embrace being a lifelong student of the practice. Maggie’s classes, which include Hatha and Hot 26, are welcoming to all levels, as she encourages students to connect with their bodies, foster mindfulness, and empower themselves on and off the mat.
