Never have I loved talking with my doctor so much. The care team is just that – a caring team. I needed a fit for work letter and they remembered to send me the notice as soon as I got my results back. Most of my other providers don’t explain my results to me. But here I am excited about talking about pcos!

If you ever envisioned and hoped for a doctor’s office that resembled a spa experience, where you are greeted at the door with a smile and escorted through a serene, spacious, bright and tastefully decorated office, and are offered a beverage while you chat with the office staff, dream no more! And no, you are not on Park avenue, you don’t even have to leave Brooklyn to experience this state of the art facility, with no WAIT time! Not sure about you, but for me waiting is the worst part of any doctor’s visit.
Dr. Palanker and her team are empathetic, professional, knowledgeable, passionate and caring. Once in the room with Dr. Palanker you feel acknowledged, understood and listened to and provided with excellent guidance, advice and expertise. How often do you wish that you can get in touch with your doctor and just ask a question you may have forgotten to ask during the visit, or may have medical questions at any given time and actually hear back from the team or a doctor right away? With the office’s membership program the team and the doctor are literally at your fingertips through a chat. We have switched our whole family to Baker Health to be seen by Dr. Palanker and now can’t imagine visiting doctors any other way. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I would recommend you check it out for yourself!

Just came out of my first visit at Baker Health and you would never say in a million years that you are close to Brighton. The office is very modern and clean. The staff is so sweet, polite, kind and caring, and the Doctor really took her time. I, for once, did not feel rushed, had every single question answered without feeling like the doc is annoyed by them, every concern addressed, and it was obvious that doctor really loves her job and cares for her patients. This was a 10 out of 5 experience and I highly recommend this practice to anyone who wants to be proactive about their health and have the top notch service while at it.

My experience at Bakerhealth was exceptional to say the least. Not only did I receive excellent care, but there was also no wait time! The efficiency of the staff and the doctor’s prompt attention made the visit smooth and convenient. In the medical world I think that it’s (unfortunately) common to be treated as a “number” in a queue – unseen, unheard, and passed over in the rush of getting from patient to patient.

Baker Health is revolutionary because it shows that attentive, quality care is attainable and is clearly the expected norm for their practice.

The medical world is one that is always progressing and this practice is clearly redefining how to provide patient care. Their office space is friendly and inviting. You are greeted with: warmth and cheerfulness, no wait time but rather an immediate entry into your room and an offer for water, efficiency and professionalism.

Dr. Palanker is attentive, skilled and compassionate. She gives undivided attention and you will know that you are in the hands of someone who has medical expertise combined with care and concern.

The concierge fee of $100 a year (or $10) a month is incredibly fair for the service that is provided to you.

I wish all medical practices were what Baker Health is.

I started with Baker Health last year. It really is a different experience from most doctors’ offices. The office staff is friendly and available to help. They provide extra services (like bloodwork) and have nice amenities in the office, and it’s not crowded or rushed.

Dr Palanker has been so great to work with. She takes the time to listen and to explain everything thoroughly. She clearly understood the issues I was having.

Usually, I go to the Moonachie, NJ office (because it’s closest to me) but today I had a tele health visit and had the pleasure of meeting some of the Brighton Beach staff! Carina helped get me checked in and updated all of my medical history. Carina was patient and efficient. Next, I met with with Dr. Mahmood, who was amazing. This was my first time dealing with the Baker Health Brighton Beach location and I’m very pleased! Thank you!!

WOW! Never in my life have I had such a POSITIVE experience at a doctors office. The office is absolutely stunning, clean, and modern! The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable, they answered all my questions and even set me up for all my follow ups and referrals based on my availability , I didn’t make one phone call! I can even message them via the app whenever I have a question! Baker health is the way healthcare should be in 2024!

Baker health is a great office and I highly recommend going there. From the moment I entered everyone was able to help me right away and get me all set up even though I was a walk in. They made the process so seamless and effortless. I had a thorough physical done and bloodwork was taken so easily. I could not believe how easy it was to get my blood when I had issues in other places with my vein apparently not being found. Dr. Palanker also took the time to listen to me and hear my concerns. She is a great Doctor and I will definitely be back.

ker Health is a hidden gem in Brighton Beach. I had given up hope that such places exist in our community. The vibe feels like a Manhattan clinic but with staff that have familiarity and knowledge of the community. In 30+ years and 2 surgeries I’ve NEVER encountered a more efficient, kind and knowledge staff or doctor.

I wish I could give 10 stars honestly. This is what modern medicine should be.

I called today looking to make an appointment for a new primary, and they were very helpful. I was able to see a doctor the same day and get checked out.
The building is very nice, clean and modern, exceptional service and assistance from staff, they also offer specialists outside of their facility, which is comforting since now I don’t have to look for one myself. The staff helped me set up my membership as well and were very accommodating.

This office is amazing! Yes, ypu can get in touch with your doctor 24/7 over life chat. Your concerns will be answered within minutes, day or night. The office visits are incredible. Lovely, attentive, and friendly staff, no wait time, clean and upscale, offering soft drinks, snacks, coffee, or tea. You need help to find a good spetiality doctor in your area who takes your insurance? YOU GOT IT! Just let the girls know and you will be set us with the best spetialist in your area based on your preferences and availability. Doctor Diana Palanker is amazing! She is one of these who you call a real DOCTOR. She is not looking how to get more out of your med. Insurance, but she cares about you and your health. Talking to her, you will see the passion to help people and the knowledge and professionalism of her expertise. I highly recommend this practice to everyone. They also have an office in NYC now. Becoming a patient with Baker Health and Diana Palanker team, you will never regret.

I love Baker health which is brand new, super hygienic and beautifully designed. Both Diana Palanker as well as Dr. Mahmoud are amazing, super courteous and never kept me waiting. They are both extremely intelligent and highly skilled doctors and have provided great care for me on multiple occasions. The medical assistants are all extreme sweet, welcoming and provide refreshments, snacks and beverages as soon as you arrive. I believe that I was their very first patient when the clinic first opened. I have sent two coworkers there for care, including surgical planning and consults which they arranged. In sum, I love this clinic and would highly recommend Baker health to anyone in need of medical care.

The doctor’s office was pleasant, and the doctor herself was great. However, they require a subscription fee to see the doctor, which I find unfair, especially since my insurance already covers the cost. Why should I have to pay an additional fee just to see the doctor? It’s absurd.

This place definitely brings ambiance to healthcare. I’m excited to go see my doctor just because I know it will be a pleasant and comfortable environment. Staff are super friendly and professional. Cant believe I didn’t find this place sooner
